What we collect. Information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and the shipment details you include in a quote request or message. We may also receive documents needed to clear cargo, such as invoices, packing lists, transport documents and import declarations.

Technical data. Like most websites, we may collect your IP address, browser and device type and pages visited, through server logs and standard web technologies.

How we use it. To respond to your enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver the services you request, communicate about your shipments, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and keep this website secure and working.

We share information only as needed to do the work you ask for, for example with customs and port authorities, shipping lines and carriers, transporters and your consignee, and with service providers who support our systems.
